Salsateca London and Ola Latina run a regular event called El Bembe every 4th Saturday of the month at The Bottlescrue, 33 Foster Lane, London EC2V 6HD. There is parking in the streets nearby from 7pm onwards. The venue offers plenty of space for dancing in the main salsa room formed by 3 rectangular areas surrounding the dining tables down the middle of the room. Social dancing is from 9:15pm to 2am and there is a small room reserved for bachata which they call The Bachata Box which usually provides many sensual delights!

Philip Wake A night of old favourites from DJ Johnny Gee to keep me dancing forever, Katrin Lerner‘s glamorous and talented The Broadway Ladies to get me excited, dances with Sam, Carolina, Araba, Matelin, Katty, Virginia, Elena and many others to keep me that way. A fabulous party well worth the 80 mile drive and bus journey from Gosport and back again. I was lucky to get a lift from some kind ladies on the way back to my parked car near Scala – saved me from getting cold trying to find the bus stop with Google Maps!
