Jennifer Benavidez presents events all over the world but this is a monthly event she runs every 2nd Friday at Yates in Reading but due to circumstances beyond her control she had to move the event to Revolucion de Cuba at the last minute and made it free for those who registered online before the event. Salsa Bachata Social Club with Jennifer Benavidez at Revolucion de Cuba Reading
I haven’t been to this 2nd Friday event since January last year so I was excited to come again a year later with my friend Vendula who used to live in Reading. I wasn’t disappointed because an electric party atmosphere built up as the well chosen 3:2:2 SBK mix provided by DJ Charles motivated us to dance and keep dancing all night! I had some excellent dances with some favourites salseras including Any, Julia & Vendula and some lovely dances with ladies I hadn’t danced with before including Marta and quite a few beginners who followed my leads so well they were a pleasure to dance with! ❤️
Looks like we’ll be back again every month from now onwards 🙂
