Kasia Rajca, an amazing salsa dancer & teacher, provides a salsa social at the Outside-In Food Court in Portsmouth every Tuesday which include salsa and bachata dancing lessons. See the Salsa Solent Portsmouth facebook page or Salsa Solent Portsmouth facebook group for more information about this and other events presented by Kasia. The original venue for the event was the Art Coffee House but Kasia‘s salsa family became so large after 14 weeks she had to move to a larger venue. As the new venue is only 5 minutes walk away from the original her salsa family has no problem getting there!
Venue: Outside-In Food Court at 56 Middle Street, Portsmouth, PO5 4BP
Parking: There’s plenty of free parking for 3 hours in the nearby roads.
Times:
- 7:30pm Bachata lessons
- 8:15pm Salsa lessons
- 9pm Social dancing
- 11pm Close
Entrance: £4 for social dancing only – £6 including the lessons.

Philip Wake A good party atmosphere tonight enhanced by the presence of the ladies who provided an excellent performance celebrating International Women’s Day. I had some lovely dances with Marzena, Sarah, Paulina, Renata, Tina, & Christina. When I asked Anthi for a dance she said: “I don’t know how to do it,” but she managed to follow my leads to the basic moves without hesitation with style and good rhythm! I enjoyed the last dance with Hazel but forgot to count the spins but it felt like a record (15+)! ❤️
