INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Measure 300ml of the gravy from the last cooked meat into an 8″ bowl.
  2. Drain the borlotti beans and and mix them into the bowl.
  3. Drain the sardines and add them to the bowl.
  4. Microwave at 800W for 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt to taste and serve the soup.
