Supermoon 14 November 2016

Looks like I'll get a good view of the nearly supermoon tonight (Sunday 13 November) around midnight (99.5%) as the windows of my flat face SSW and the moon will be in the SW! Tomorrow (Monday 14 November) it will be 100% at around 4pm in the NE and 99.9% at midnight in the south. Memory 2012-07-15: Flags out for the Olympic Torch Relay

On 15th July 2012 the Olympic Torch Relay 2012 went through Gosport around 5:30pm. so many people there and excited - even the policemen were joining in - particular the ones on motor bikes who were blowing a whistle and holding out their left hand for the crown to touch! Thank goodness for Aloe Vera Gel – without it I couldn’t have a close shave!

Thank goodness for Aloe Vera Gel - it's the only application that stops me getting a shaving rash after I finish off my electric shave with a razor! I have a very sensitive skin and therefore always use an electric shaver but find it doesn't give me a close enough shave which means I still have to finish of with a razor. Bread is off the menu again – the arthritis in my knees came back!

I thought it was safe to have a couple of slices of toast a day after giving up bread altogether for a year but after a few months the arthritis in my knees has come back again. MY RIGHT ARM IS OUT TO LUNCH UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

Over the weekend my right arm puffed up to twice it's normal size so I resolved to see the doctor as soon as I got back to Gosport. I was lucky because he was in reception when I arrived and immediately diagnosed that my elbow had become infected as a result of the injury I receive 15 days ago when I went salsa dancing in Brighton.
