On This Day 15 Years Ago – World Refugee Day was Initiated!
On 20th June 2001 World Refugee Day was first initiated in 2001 to commemorate the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees. It marks a time when we honour those who face daily challenges and threats we can barely fathom.
