GREEN BIN WARNING!
I found a red notice on my green bin yesterday - apparently the refuse collectors couldn't take it because there was glass in it. There wasn't when I looked but there was a basket full of bottles near the bins so I presumed my next door neighbour must have removed them from the bin when he saw the notice.
