Latino Interactive run a salsa event at the Med Bar in Southampton every Sunday from 5pm to 10pm. I tried it for the first time last Sunday and it was brilliant so I was determined to go again! The lessons start at 5pm and the social dancing at 6pm but 8pm gives me a good 2.5 hours of dancing which is about 2 double shirts worth.
