PLAN TO AVOID PAYING AN EXTRA £25 TO GO TO EL BEMBE AFTER 8th APRIL 2019
The Ultra Low Emission Zone comes into effect on 8th April 2019 at which time if I were to drive all the way to The Bottlescrue as usual I would have to pay £12.50 for 9:30pm until midnight and another £12.50 for midnight until 2:30am.As I have a free bus pass the natural alternative is to take the bus from near Scala which is just outside the zone. It's only 1.7 miles so I could walk it but as my bus is free the plan is:
