Digital Bathroom Scales at Last!

I've been using old fashioned bathroom scales for years and knew they were rubbish because I weighed something different every time I stood on them. 21 June 2020: 9 weeks ago I noticed my weight had gone up to 14st10lb having dared to weigh myself at last and realised that my cheating on my Natural Low Density Eating had gone too far. Instead of having chips only twice a week, I was having them every day as a reward for walking the first 2 miles of my daily salsa walk.
